Our History
Our interest in growing fruit trees
organically started when we moved to Oregon in 1983. Our experiments began in a neighborhood
lot where we landscaped our house with edible plants. We were incredibly successful and overwhelmed
with the enormous production of fruits and other vegetables. The next step was to search for a
suitable piece of land where we could carry on our experiments in a grander scale. After purchasing
this present farm we started researching, searching for and collecting fruit trees that were
resistant to fungal or bacterial diseases present in our area. Our success is due to the large interest
in the community to produce fruits and vegetable without the use of chemicals and we are happy to
be part of this exciting endeavor. Our history is still in the making.
