 Spartan Apple
Spartan is a cross between McIntosh and Newton apples. An excellent all-purpose apple with crisp, snowy-white flesh and an unusually small core. The Spartan has a distinctive, sweet flavour and cooks soft and smooth. It ripens late in the month of October. The tree is very strong and produces oodles of apples.
